Please read the terms and conditions listed below before attending  our class. These conditions are to everyone attending in order to have a SAFE, FUN and MESSY time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes either verbally in class or in writing.

  •  Those in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care and safety of their child/children at all times whilst at Squidge Monsters. Squidge Monsters cannot accept any such responsibility. 

  • Messy play is not a risk-free activity and it will be the adult’s responsibility for assessing risk and ensuring no harm comes to your child/children. Squidge Monsters does not assume any liability for any harm or injury suffered to you or your child.  

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your child behaves in a manner that will not cause injury or abuse to any other child or adult.

  • Under no circumstance will Squidge Monsters take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a messy play session.

  • Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them.

  • Parents are welcome to take their own photos and videos of their child throughout any of our classes, and are able to share these on social media or with their friends and family, however please ensure there are no other children or adults in the background of your photos/videos. 

  • We highly recommend that you and your child/children dress to mess -we will not be liable for any stains or marks on children’s clothes.  

  • It's your responsibility to ensure the child/children in your care do not interact with any material/food substance that may cause an allergic reaction. If you tell us of any allergies that your child has in advance, we will make every effort to adapt our session to suit you. Our sessions are carefully planned in advance so will need a minimum of 7 days’ notice  to try to adapt our sessions. We try to supply items that are taste safe, non-toxic/hypoallergenic. We will however not be liable for any injury or illness caused as a result of an allergic reaction.

  • All the materials used in each session are safe and child friendly, but we reserve the right to use materials that are for 3 and over. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident or illness found to be directly attributed from any of our products or items provided. It remains the responsibility of the adult in attendance for supervising the child/children in their care. 

  • You must not allow your child to attend a class if they are poorly/ill, including; if they have had a fever, vomited or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours. If they have discharging eyes, if they have symptoms of a possible communicable disease, including, but not limited to, measles, chicken pox, German measles, whooping cough, impetigo, scarlet fever, hand foot and mouth disease or norovirus.

  • You as a parent/carer must not attend a class if you are unwell.

  • Covid 19 – If you or your child have developed any Covid 19 symptoms you must adhere to the government guidelines. If you are unsure of the current guidelines, feel free to contact Squidge Monsters who will be happy to assist.

  • We regret payment is non refundable due to hire costs, materials and preparation.

  • If a class is cancelled by us, we will ensure that we move your class to a different date.

  • During the session your child may be photographed. If you would not like your child on our website or social media, please let us know at the start of your session.

  • Squidge Monsters has Public Liability Insurance.
